On September 29, the architects studying a future Eagle Mountain City Hall and library asked the City Council and city staff what the building should be. Here are 8 of their questions, and I'd love to hear how you'd answer them. Every question is optional, so answer the ones you care about, directly or by telling me what you think matters more.
